Approved returns will receive further instructions.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are returned to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. For size or preference changes, please place a new order.
